what the kiddos ate... for Christmas

could there be anything less seasonally appropriate than tortilla chips and houmous?

Vin loves these crisps and they're so easy to make. Normally I just slice up a tortilla wrap into triangles, drizzle with olive oil and bake until they  go crispy (sometimes I add a little ground cinnamon, garlic powder or sea salt). Today I cracked out the Christmas cookie cutters, and we had tree-shaped crisps for lunch!

p.s. I think this is the perfect kind of snack to keep little (and big) fingers out of the kitchen when you're cooking Christmas dinner - they store well in a ziploc for a day or two as well
